Cubique Bakery is a baking studio on Đường số 54 in Thảo Điền that officially opened in January 2026 after nearly two years of testing. It focuses on handmade Japanese-style milk bread (shokupan), and its name refers to the cube shape of its loaves. The range is split into three lines: Cubique for everyday bread, Twist for cake-like variations and Air for very light bread topped with cream. Drinks include locally roasted coffee, Taiwanese tea, Vietnamese cascara tea and tea tonics, served in a minimalist space.
