Every Half is a specialty coffee roaster that grew out of Every Half Bean, founded in 2016, and opened its first roastery in 2021. It works directly with coffee farmers in Cư M'gar, Đắk Lắk, supporting them with post-harvest processing, and describes its approach as affordable, sustainable specialty coffee. Beans on sale include fine Robusta from Đắk Lắk and Liberica from M'Drak, along with blends and drip bags. Baristas train for at least six months before working in store. The Thảo Điền roastery at 01 Đường Số 10 is open daily from 7 am to 9:30 pm.
