La Creme is a small ice cream maker producing small-batch, low-overrun ice cream by hand from local ingredients. Many flavours draw on Vietnamese food, such as Hanoi egg coffee, Saigon phở, fish sauce, and red bean with coconut milk, alongside lavender with wild honey, Đắk Lắk chocolate and Earl Grey with lemon.
