About this place

La Villa serves neo-classic French fine dining by Chef Thierry Mounon, who worked in Michelin-starred kitchens in Avignon and London before moving to Vietnam. He opened the restaurant in 2010 with his wife, Tina Trang Pham, in a villa with gardens and a pool out front. La Villa was named a Michelin-selected restaurant in 2023. Diners can choose from an à la carte menu, a set menu, a lunch set and the Tasting Journey, with a separate wine list. The à la carte menu features imported produce such as Hokkaido scallops, Brittany blue lobster and Kaviari caviar. Dinner is served Tuesday to Sunday and lunch Thursday to Sunday; the restaurant is closed on Mondays. The dress code is smart casual, and online bookings are taken for parties of up to nine.
