Laciôté makes French-style ice cream and fruit sorbets from natural ingredients, using recipes it says were passed down from French experts. Flavours include Vietnamese coffee, chili chocolate, rum raisin, durian and passion fruit, priced from 205,000 VND. It also makes ice cream birthday cakes and canapé gift boxes, and runs an ice cream cart for weddings, office parties and events. The Thảo Điền store at 14 Trần Ngọc Diện is open daily from 11 am to 9:30 pm. Its kitchen holds HACCP certification.
