Hum Garden is a modern Vietnamese plant-based restaurant, opened in 2017 in a Thảo Điền villa with indoor and garden seating and a courtyard called Sân Trăng (Moon Courtyard). It has held a Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand four years in a row, from 2023 to 2026. Dishes use local, seasonal Vietnamese produce, are named after the regions their key ingredients come from and are cooked without MSG. It is open daily from 10 am to 10 pm, and tables can be booked online.
